As you are in the process of executing your tasks, be sure that you don’t stress yourself out. Here is a tip to help you. “Relax!” Make it a point! Go get a massage or a mani-pedi. Take a long hot bath. Just be kind to your body but more importantly listen to it when it tells you it is stressed. It will tell you what it needs. So go ahead and relax!
