We have so much to do throughout the day, it is almost impossible to get everything done. One of the most common mistakes that we make is that we will forfeit sleep in order to get things done. The best advice I can give you is to “GET SOME SLEEP! “. Studies by the University of Chicago Medical Center have shown that a lack of sleep reduces the capacity to perform basic metabolic functions such as processing and storing carbohydrates or regulating hormone secretion. Studies have also shown that sleep deprivation also effects brain function and behavior. So in essence a lack of sleep will shut down your body.
So go to bed!
