“Let’s get physical”

Spring is a
great time to make small changes that can make a huge impact on your body and
can help you to look great this summer. Minor changes like modifying your daily
eating routine and increasing your water intake. These changes can keep you
from gaining unwanted pounds. Summer brings about lots of sweet treats and summer
delights. One of the most common mistakes made during this time is that we
become more lax. Here is a hint that will help you...just get physical. Increase
your daily activity! You don’t have to get to the gym or run five miles a day.
You can increase your activity simply by setting aside a few minutes a day
during your lunch hour to take a short brisk walk. Get your heart rate going
and your blood pumping. Getting physical will also help you with your water
intake. So have your sweet treats, in moderation of course. Have a refreshing
glass of water and a brisk walk. You will feel the difference.
