“Water…it’s
so good for you!”

Everyone has a favorite drink. Some
enjoy a cup or two of coffee. Others prefer juices and then there is the sugary
sweet soft drink. Whatever your poison, I cannot express enough the importance
of water. Did you know that your body is 83% water? Your brain and your lungs
alone are 70 to 90% water. Increasing
your water intake can really help during summer time. If you drink one or more
sugary drinks a day, here is a hint that will help you reduce your daily sugar
intake. Replace one of your sugary drinks with water. Incorporating more water
will not only help you avoid those dreaded sugar highs and lows but you will
feel better. So have a great summer and drink up.
