The small
changes that you make today will have a huge impact on your body tomorrow and
can help you to look great this summer. Changes as minor as modifying your
daily eating routine and increasing your water intake will keep you from gaining
unwanted weight. The most common mistakes made during summer time is that we
become lax. Here is a hint that will help you…just work it out. Increase your
daily activity! You don’t have to get to the gym or run five miles a day. You
can increase your activity simply by setting aside a few minutes a day during
your lunch hour to take a short brisk walk. Get your heart rate going and your
blood pumping. Getting physical will also help you with your water intake. So have
your sweet treat, in moderation of course. Have a refreshing glass of water and
a brisk walk. You will feel the difference.
