“Weekend Overview”

Summer is in full effect! Being out at Mile High
Market place on the weekends we meet and interact with a lot of people and with
it being an outdoor market we are subject to the elements. We see the effects
of improper hydration and inadequate sun protection especially with children. If
you are going to spend time out in the heat with your children be sure to keep them
hydrated and properly protected. Keep them cool and give then lots of liquids. They
will have a more enjoyable time and they will also stay healthy. Have a great summer
and stay safe!
